The space is intentionally tech-free to encourage rest, reflection, and meaningful conversation.

The West Wing offers flexible sleeping arrangements for small families or groups. It’s set up to comfortably host two guests but can accommodate a family of four when temporary bunk beds (sturdy, 500 lb rating) are requested in advance. This makes the West Wing a great, practical choice for parents traveling with children or friends who want to stay together.

Like the rest of Selah Hills Ranch, the West Wing is part of an intentionally unplugged homestead where heated floors, cozy common spaces, board games, and wide outdoor views create a restorative backdrop for your stay.

Whole Ranch — Full Retreat (8 guests • 3 beds • 3 baths)

Book the entire homestead for family reunions, ministry retreats, creative collaborations, or an extended unplugged escape. The whole-ranch option gives your group exclusive use of all three bedrooms and living areas, plus the grounds for fishing, camping, campfires, and group activities. Dogs are welcome to roam the property — please let us know you’re bringing pets so we can share guidelines.

Our Comfortable Day-Event Accommodations are available for Groups of 25–30. Our property is designed with an event room and home that can support groups up to 25.

The Upper Room

For indoor gatherings, the Upper Room offers 625 sq. ft. of event space at a starting rate of $500 per day, providing an affordable, versatile venue for modest-sized events. Best of all, our property is dog-friendly, so the whole family—including furry members—can enjoy the experience together.

Guests can enjoy heated metallic marble epoxy floors downstairs along with other amenities such as a hot tub, fireplace, outdoor grill, balcony, garden, and walking trails in the large backyard.

For indoor gatherings, we offer 4 x 7 rolling presentation tables and chairs and 12 conference tables, each with office chairs on wheels. Electrical outlets are strategically placed to accommodate your devices. A large screen TV streams presentations or connects to a ceiling-mounted camera to display the presenter’s work directly to your audience.

Tables are collapsible and mobile, allowing the space to open up to nearly 625 square feet if needed. This setup is perfect for small business meetings, strategy sessions, workshops, or even intimate weddings.

Group Campsite

Currently, the campsite is perfect for groups such as Trail Life, Boy and Girl Scouts, YMCA/YWCA programs, and church youth group outings. We’re excited to announce upcoming enhancements, including an additional pavilion, a water hydrant, electricity, and an outdoor wood pellet grill for weekend cookouts—planned for next spring. All of this is set on our off-grid, solar- and geothermal-powered homestead, giving guests a unique opportunity to enjoy sustainable living in comfort.
