We just celebrated our 41st anniversary and are going to welcome in the New Year, quietly! WE look forward to seeing many new faces in the new year!

Selah Hills had its first Chef night!! Jaylen Sybert from Felix Street Gourmet made some scrumptious dishes!! He substituted spaghetti squash, grown from our garden, for the rice in the Indian Butter Chickpeas. It was extremely tasty and had a soothing mouth feel. It was interesting to watch the bread react as it was being cooked in oil; it bubbled and then puffed up after being flipped. We also used a cubed ribeye steak from one of our grassfed Highland steers. A new twist on our regular Friday night dates of burgers and fries.
